What Is A Memory Tribute Book?

A tribute book is a memory book dedicated to a particular person, family, or organization. Comprised of collections of memories, photos, and tributes from different sources, it is a beautiful record to have and treasure forever.  When someone passes away, so much goes with them. Sometimes, we miss the opportunity to record their life while they are with us. Other times, more emerges after they are gone that we want to keep.

  • Full edited transcript of interviews in memoir form
  • Includes up to 15 photos or images
  • Up to 20 tributes (i.e. thoughts/memories from family members and friends--client gathers, we edit)
  • Results in two digital copies: one .pdf to print or share and one editable document that you can add photos to/print on your own.
  • Optional printed book
  • Optional transcription of outside material

This is a great option for someone who has lost a loved one, is celebrating an anniversary or milestone, recently had a baby, as a graduation gift for children who are moving out, for Mother’s Day / Father’s Day / Grandparents’ Day, etc. or any other occasion where client would like to honor someone with a unique and meaningful gift.   • How long does the process typically take?

    Our turnaround mostly depends on how efficiently we are able to schedule any interviews and the speed of collecting material assets to include. Our hope is to complete each book within <6 weeks.

  • What if I want to include more than what the base package allows?

    The base package offering represents a steep discount on personal historian services if billed at a regular hourly rate. Additions to the base package will be billed at the standard rate.
